The HR & Engagement Consultant is a new position and we are looking for candidates who have strong HR and interpersonalskills as well as the ability to develop and drive staff engagement. This is a permanent position avaialble on a full or part time basis - minimum 4 full days or 5 days with reduced daily hours.Acompetitive full time salary of £33,000 to £38,000per annum - salary will be pro-rata for PT applicants. The HR & Engagement Consultant will work closely with the Management Team and duties will include:RecruitmentMaintaining Employee Contracts and the Employee HandbookProviding general Employment Law adviceAssisting and advising on Performance Management, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Dismissals and Contractual IssuesAdvising on Tupe for transferring staffDriving Staff engagementPromoting advos culture and benefits to staffAssisting in the delivery of employee communicationsInvolvement in ad hoc projects such as Mental Health and Well-being, charity and team building initiativesSkillsExpert technical HR knowledge essentialPayroll Experience advantageousConfidentiality and discretion essentialHigh level of interpersonal & communication skillsHigh Level of Planning, prioritisation and organisation skills essentialQualificationsFurther education (diploma/degree advantageous)Level 7 CIPDMinimum 2 years in hourse HR experienceApply now to be our new HR & Engagement Consultantwe cant wait to hear from you!
