Work is where we spend most of our time after all.This role provides an excellent opportunity to enter a progressive business withonward opportunities into our three sectors.The role of a Data Entry Administrator includes:- Communicating with internalemployees both in person and via email before, during and after projects- Opening, scanning, distributing incoming post and franking outgoing post daily- Data entry uploads for new clients- Using external providers online portals to obtain documents as requested by internal teams- Liaising with providers by email and phone for data requests- Client data audits- Payroll administration including data entry, pension uploads, sending payslips- Adhoc project work keeping all advo systems updatedSkills required to be a Data EntryAdministrator:- High levels of attention to detail/accuracy- A strong team player who is also motivated to work efficiently independently- Driven to meetdeadlines- A problem solver who can use initiative to apply knowledge learnt across multiple systems to find missing information- Ability to adapt, multi-taskand learn new skills- Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)- Understanding of the use of Excel, Outlook and Teams- GCSE grades of C or above in core subjects- Full UK Driving LicenseDont miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Data EntryAdministrator.
