ROLETechnical ManagerLOCATIONGreater London SALARY£40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a growing and established FMCG/food production company in the Greater London area on a permanent basis. The Technical Manager will be joining a busy Quality, Hygiene and Technical department, takingownership on the management of auditing, compliance, conformity, the quality management system and overall team direction.The Technical Manager will be managing multiple sites in this stimulating role.Ideal skills and experience required for this Technical Director position:

HACCP
Food Safety Level 3
Previous experience in a similar food production/manufacturing environment
Leading on internal and supplier auditing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with good attention to detail

Duties for the Technical Manager include:

Managing the direction of the Quality team
Supervising Quality team productivity
Ensuring the QMS is maintained and up to date
Maintaining and reviewing HACCP plan
Maintaining Quality team skill matrix, ensuring training is deployed where required
Carrying out internal and external/supplier auditing
