Skills Coach – , West LondonDay Webster Education are looking for an experienced teaching assistant/Learning Mentor with a specialism working with challenging young people for a Pupil Referral UnitWe are looking for an experienced behaviour specialist who is confident in working with children with EBD. The role will be made up of some classroom based TA duties and the remainder of the week being responsible for a group of children as they progress through their time at the PRU.**Long Term/Full-Time position**Excellent location - Close to station**Skills Coach**Supportive Senior Leadership**£80-95 Per Day depending on experiencePerson Specification – Skills Coach –The successful applicant will be a dependable and calm EBD Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with challenging children either in a voluntary or paid role and can provide a safe, nurturing environment. You will arrive with a willingness to take on extra responsibility which will further your understanding of working in education.About the Role – Skills Coach –You will be joining a particularly ambitious team who work hard to achieve progress for their students. You will spend the majority of your time working towards the targets for improvement of behaviour, learning and social achievements of each individual pupil.The School – Skills CoachSecondary aged children in progressive PRU in West London located a short walk from its nearest station. This is West Draytons educational provision for challenging students whose primary need is their social, emotional or behavioural development.
