Job Description

Sales Administrator required to join a sales team within a small companyOur company supply and fitt stone surfaces (Worktop, bathroom...etc) directly to customers or to high street clients.The position is full time Monday to FridayThe Sales Administrator duties will consist of:

  • To assist line manager in the export sales and marketing division
  • To prepare files
  • To deal with phone calls and emails
  • To Assist with customers and suppliersaccounts and invoices.
  • Answer queries relating to suppliers and customers which will entail working on telephone and email
  • The Sales Administrator will type and send out quotations to customers
  • To input all customers data using customer management software
  • Scanning documents
  • Checking goods and making packing list
  • Helping with packing of goods when needed
  • Experience:
  • Experience of working as a sales/Admin (preferred).
  • Working within office environment with IT systems experience.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Microsoft office such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise, set priorities and multi-task
  • Effective problem-solving skills
