Online Sales Executive / Digital Sales Home/Live Chats B2C Customer SupportDue to expansion our client is looking for new team members to join this exciting team to currently work from home and on site to promote their large and growing range of products to customers in the UK B2C. as an Online Sales Executive / Digital Sales/Live Chats/Customer SupportAs an Online Sales Executive / Digital Sales/Live chats you will engage and build rapport with existing and new customers, developing an understanding of their requirements and helping to find the perfect product for their needs and up-selling to their requirements. This is extremely buzzing live chat hub in a fast-paced target driven role, which you will take up & cross selling at every opportunity, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.The ideal person will require. Able to be proactive and reactive to the sales enquiries.

Target driven.

Previous experience working within a B2C or B2B sales role.

A natural ability to build rapport with customers and the capability to understand their needs.

Able highly organised, prioritising workloads at any one time

Organised and prompt, written communication skills.

Team player

Experience of working in a Live Chats role would be a distinct benefit.

In return my clients offer

A salary of £18.500 - 20.00k Basic + Uncapped Commission

Current working Hours: 5 days over 7 Monday -Sunday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
