Job Description

The RoleMajor Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an Activities Leader (Outdoor Adventurous Activities) based with our client in Woodhouse.This role is a permanent position.Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead activities and ensure that delivery of programmes are of a high standard
  • Play an active role in evening and weekend activities as required
  • Maintain good relations with current clients to ensure repeat business
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to relating to activities within the curriculum
  • Maintain, improve, and report curriculum resources
  • Any other duties of a similar nature related to the post which may be required from time to time.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 or more of the following qualifications or working towards qualification
CWA / BCU / Archery GB / ERCA
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Experience of instructing and working with young people
Working Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per weekIn order to be considered for this position you will have an experience within instructing and working with young people. You will be a strong communicator with a bright and enthusiastic work ethic and professional attitude.You will ideally have your own transport and will be immediately available to start!The SalaryFTE £20,856This post is the subject of an Enhanced DBS check.Major Recruitment act as an Employment Agency for permanent roles and an Employment Business for temporary opportunities
