Job Description

The RoleMajor Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an Activities Programme Co-ordinator based with our client in Woodhouse. This role is a permanent position.Job Purpose

With the Operations Manager, plan and staff the activity programmes.
Write and create bespoke programmes for visiting groups.
Programme casual staff where and when necessary.
Deal with HR issues e.g., recruitment, payroll, logging of hours.
To assist with marketing of Activities.
Deputise for the Operations Manager in their absence.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with maintaining relevant data bases and use of spreadsheets.

Ability to lead others, to carry out instructions reliably and to act on own initiative.
Excellence in managing own time and that of others.

Ability to prepare reports.

Experience of working under pressure and prioritising work to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Working Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per weekIn order to be considered for this position you will have an experience within working in customer service environment.
