Learning and Development Lead Care ServicesBased in Bromley with travel required to all our portfolio of services across the SoutheastSalary: From £35£40k and £5,000 car allowance Excelcare has been delivering exceptional care since 1989. With 32 care homes, a home care service based in Tower Hamlets and a busy Support Office inBromley.We are seeking a confident, advanced communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate others. Friendly and charismatic, you will have excellent presentation skills, allowing you to engage with colleagues at alllevels.This role is key in our Learning and Development Team and will be crucial in ensuring our team are trained to deliver our corporate aspirations. You will be delivering mandatory, compliance and required training to our services. This will include Healthand Safety, Manual handling, First Aid, SOVA, COSHH, Infection Control. You will assist in the design of training sessions in conjunction with the Learning and Development Manager.About You:

Preferred 2+ years experience of working as a Trainer in Health and Social Care
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Good practical experience with MS Office including Microsoft 365, Excel PowerPoint, Teams Zoom and e-learning software.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities
you will hold both PTTLS Level 3 (or equivalent training qualification) and an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Experience of coaching and mentoring, maintaining effective recording systems
Moving & Handling Train the Trainer
Full UK driving license, use of a vehicle and not adverse to extensive travel including overnight stays
