Job Description

In-House Recruitment Business Partner 36k to 40k Bromley, KentNo more sales callshow does that sound We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house Recruitment Business Partner to join our Talent Team. Excelcare are a forward thinking, privately owned care provider with 32 care and nursing homes,a supported accommodation arm and home care division. We are a forward-thinking Company with strong growth plans.We are looking for someone with experience in the health and social care sector to join our well-established, fun and hard-working team and maximise on resourcing and headhunting the best talent for a variety of roles including mid to senior management inorder to minimise use of agencies.About you:

  • Experience in head/hunting and resourcing using social media and other channels to engage with passive and active candidates within the care market sector.
  • A proven track record in a similar role within the Health and Social Care arena is essential
  • Able to work with a variety of hiring managers from our care homes to our Head Office support function to understand what is required for each role and the culture of the organisation and team fit.
  • Innovative and passionate about the sector that we are working in.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and minimise time to hire
  • Be persuasive yet understanding with the hiring managers to ensure that you obtain a commitment to see candidates that have been selected and see the process through to reject or hire.
