Summary We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Team at Wicken Fen.Duration:PermanentHours: 11hours per week. Responsible for two changeovers in the week.Salary: £10.32per annumInternally you will be known as Holidays Operation Team Leader What its like to work here To find out more about what its like to work within Holidays at the National Trust, clickhere to watch our video. What youll be doing Initially, you will be undertaking the changeover cleaning, gardening and laundry and longer term tasks will include induction of new staff. Your role will ensure the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service supporting cover for changeoversand guest arrivals, achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential as this will form part of your duties within the role.You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.Please read the role profile attached.
