HR AdvisorWhitstable, KentHybrid - £38,000A highly successful business with offices in Whitstable are looking for a personable HR Advisor to join their growing team. Working closely with the HR Director this is a hands on, generalist role where you will really be able to make an impact. This isa brilliant opportunity to join a growing business that values their team and work life balance; everyone finishes at 1.30pm on a Friday!As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the HR function in day-to-day activities including working with and giving guidance to line managers and employees. You will provide support across the entire employee lifecycle and will have theopportunities to work across BAU and project work.This HR Advisor role will require you to provide expert coaching and advice to managers on HR matters including policy, procedures, employment law, employee relations, and organisational values. You will support line managers with disciplinary, grievance& absence management cases and work collaboratively with employees, managers and Occupational Health to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of employees. You will also have day to day responsibility for the HR Assistant and will take an active rolein researching, writing, consulting on and implementing new or updated HR policies/strategies.The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate a real passion for improving employee wellbeing.The salary on offer for this role is £38,000 plus benefits.
