Job Description

Allez Chefs!FULL TIME AND COVER ROLES AVAILABLE.Like cooking up locally sourced, fresh ingredientsWant to work in a newly refurbished Kitchen and live near DoverRead onWhat youll be doing:

  • Prepare and serve food in a busy environment
  • Able to keep calm and organised
  • Comply and keep up to date with Health & Safety standards
  • Be able to control ordering and understand stock rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
What you can offer:
  • Circa 2 years experience working in a kitchen
  • Great organisational skills
  • Able to be flexible to cover shift pattern
Hours and BenefitsThe restaurant is open seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year. Rota 5 days out of seven early am to early pm and early pm to late pm with a weekly average of 40 hrs. Holiday cover and overtime paid at time and a half. Additional leave with length of service.Free parking on-site.
