Job Description

Founded in 1901, The Club is the oldest and largest in the world for all forms of camping. We operate a network of more than 100 UK campsites, providing fantastic locations and facilities to customers who holiday in tents, caravans, and motorhomes.We are currently recruiting for a Utilities Administrator to join our Head Office team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Collect and process meter readings from the network and provide readings to service providers and consultants
  • Investigate and resolve reading or billing anomalies
  • To be the first point of contact for utility service providers and consultants
  • Assist with preparation of utility budgets, data input and generation of budget including onto the finance system
  • Generate reports for management including consumption issues or energy compliance reports
  • Manage and resolve queries and issues around utilities at site, including but not limited to meter readings, water, sewage, sanitation, gas, LPG, red diesel, electricity etc.
We are looking for the following in applications:
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
  • Previous experience dealing with invoices and bill reconciliation, is desirable
  • Competent with all Microsoft packages
  • Strong problem-solving skills
