Job Description

Role: PA / Senior AdministratorHours: Full time Monday to FridayLocation: Hybrid mix home working and office Coventry CV4 Salary: £15 - 17 per hourWe are working on behalf of our client who is seeking an experienced PA / Senior Administrator to support 3 Directors in providing a professional administrative support service daily alongside the Executive Assistant.The company operates a hybrid working policy whereby you will be office based for 1-2 days and home working for 3-4 days. This is a full-time position working 35 hours a week typically Monday to Friday, with hours to be worked between 8am until 6pm. Thisis initially a 3 month temporary contract, but could become a permanent role for the successful candidate as its an open headcount.Role and responsibilities:

  • As a PA / Senior Administrator you will be responsible for supporting 3 Directors with providing a quality and proactive administrative service
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (hard or soft copy) and ensure its dealt with effectively and efficiently
  • Prioritise workload and ensure sensitive enquiries are identified and handled in a proactive and timely manner on behalf of the Directors
  • Ensure internal and external meetings are arranged and coordinated whilst liaising with key stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, draft letters and emails on behalf of the Directors
  • Responsible for diary and travel arrangements are booked on a timely basis
  • Maintain efficient filing and archiving systems
  • Organise events such as business away days and project meetings
  • Provide support services to governance and assist with project management when required
  • Ahoc support to other administration support service teams such as covering reception
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven and significant background in a high profile EA / PA or Senior Administration is essential
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder at all levels
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Honest and trustworthy with the ability to handle information in a discrete manner
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages
