Were looking for a talented FP&A Manager to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of supporting and challenging different departments to deliver its financial targets.If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.----The Role:In the FP&A Manager role youll be primarily responsible for managing an FP&A team and providing insightful data to department heads.Youll report to the Head of Finance and youll spend part of the working week in the companys Coventry office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.In the job youll be tasked with the following:- Delivering clear and insightful commentary with the ability to communicate complex matters into simple messages for operational stakeholders- Operating effectively across multiple operational and finance stakeholder groups- Being an ambassador for strong internal controls, risk management and governance ensuring systems, processes and insight stand up to scrutinyThe standard working hours for this position are 9am - 5pm.----The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this FP&A Manager role will have relevant experience of supporting and challenging the UK solutions business to deliver its financial targets.Youll also need experience of present business plans and insights to senior exec, board and group stakeholders.Plus, its vital that youve got experience in consolidating business plans and reporting to a high level of quality that supports decision-making, to strict UK and group deadlines.In addition, youll need the following:- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data- Proactive approach to problem-solving, good technical accounting skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationshipsThe ideal person for the role will be the following:- Provide OPEX management support to the department head- Coach and prioritise activities across a team of 3 senior Financial Planning & Reporting Analysts- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataDoes that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.This position could be right for you if you want to work as either a Finance Manager or as a Head of Finance.----The Package:Basic salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annumBonus: Youll also be able to earn both a personal and company performance bonus, totaling up to £60,000 per annum----The Company:The business youll be working for is one of Europes largest operators of energy networks and energy infrastructure and a provider of customer solutions for 50 million customers.Theyre a great company to work for.
