Job Description

We’re the experts on all things camping!We pride ourselves on truly understanding the needs of our members and we work closely with our partners to offer products such as breakdown cover and motorhome insurance, giving our customers peace of mind when booking to stay on one of our many campsites.We are currently recruiting for a Retail Administrator to join our busy Operations team. This is an exciting new role, where the successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support the Retail Lead to grow and develop Club products and services, whilst striving to achieve high customer satisfaction and gain optimum profit.Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing and coding invoices appropriately for the finance team, and investigating anomalies where necessary.
  • Processing orders using the EPOS system.
  • Responding to emails and enquiries within service level agreement
  • Answering calls and handling enquiries professionally
  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships with key service providers and the site network.
  • Ordering and vetting received goods.
  • Participating in shared team functions and providing reports, when required
We are looking for the following in applications:
  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written communication is essential.
  • Highly organised, with a keen attention to detail
The working hours for this post are 08:45 - 16:45 Monday to Friday.We operate hybrid working with 2 set days in the office and the option to work the rest from home. Employees can take advantage of hybrid working after completing all necessary training for the role.The Camping and Caravanning Club is a fantastic place to work, with a supportive and dedicated team.
