Job Description

As one of the leading names in the outdoor industry, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional campsites, services and experiences to our members and that friendly culture is also a key part of day-to-day life across our sites network and at our Coventryhead office.We are currently recruiting for a Digital Solutions Analyst to join our Technology department on a minimum 1-year FTC basis.The team consists of 25 talented staff that include a Solutions Architect, Testing, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Engineers and Service Desk.The successful candidate will support the delivery and maintenance of digital solutions into the business.This is a varied role where duties will include:

  • Assist a Digital Solution Architect with the maintenance and build of the digital technical and design artefacts to support continuous improvement of The Clubs digital proposition.
  • Work closely with a Digital Solution Architect to provide governance, guidance, planning and delivery of technical and design changes and enhancements to the Club’s technical digital solutions; including communicating effectively and working in conjunctionwith the rest of Technology, Digital Marketing and Third Parties to help define scope and enhance the online experience.
  • Review technical specifications and implemented solutions to ensure they adhere with The Clubs UX Design and Technical standards advising the projects team as to their suitability to meet the required aims of the stated requirements.
  • Ensuring user interface / interface design / requirements, including general user experience (UX) and Accessibility are met across all digital channels in conjunction with the digital marketing team. Utilising our Technical & Design standards to form abase level acceptance.
  • Provide consultancy in the start-up phase of projects to ensure high level solution assurance as well as providing high level design assurance throughout project delivery.
  • Work with Third parties on the successful delivery of digital and technical applications.
  • Assist in the maintenance of technical documentation to support the defined solutions.
We are looking for the following in applications:
  • Proven track record in a Technical Digital role or equivalent position in a commercially focused organisation
  • Solid background in online, online product technology knowledge, UX/UI Engineering, Digital Apps development, cloud and overall digital technology knowledge
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using logs analysis, API’s and reviewing code
  • Development experience in Java, JavaScript, JSON, GraphQL, CSS or other front-end and integration technologies
  • Knowledge and exposure to the Microsoft Server Stack including Azure, SQL Server, Windows OS, IIS
  • Working knowledge of visual studio and exposure to .net development
  • Awareness of security and development best practices (knowledge of OWASP)
