This role is critical to ensure New Build and Major Works consistently deliver a high-quality service to our customers.You will assist in the Management of the employed labour force, apprentices, trainees, agency and sub-contractors to provide an excellent service for the South Tyneside Homes residents and for external clients.You will be responsible to the New Build and Major Works Programme Manager - You will lead, manage and motivate the staff to ensure all work is delivered on time and to budget complying with STH policy & procedures and all current legislation.About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious team player to assist in the delivery of our New Build and Major Works service, ensuring that we continue to deliver a high quality and cost-effective service through highly motivated, customer focussed approach.You should have relevant experience and knowledge of delivering construction projects, possess excellent communication skills and display a track record of team working and the ability to motivate others to deliver an excellent service.
