• Delivering exceptional customer service to customers

• Providing advice and guidance on products to customers making telephone enquiries

• Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products

• Maintaining the concession to agreed standards including stock replenishment, labelling and cleaning

• Merchandising of products and accepting deliveries (heavy lifting required)

• Process all deliveries into showroom

• Monitor stock levels in both the showroom and stockroom

• Ensure that goods are priced & thoroughly checked for discrepancies

• Booking in of stock

• Run & manage negative stock reports

• Write-off seconds and breakages

• Weekly stock cycle counts

• Ensure customer orders are managed, followed-up & ready for collection

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a retail environment

• Hard working with a hands-on approach

• Heavy lifting required for store deliveries to outlet

• Motivated, well-spoken with strong communicational skills

• Have a desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build long-lasting relationships with customers

• Confidence in selling, able to link-sell, be target-driven/able to meet targets as an individual

• Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for interiors
