Job Description

Lettings Consultant £25,000 DOE + Bonus Monday - Friday Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a true hunger for business development I am actively recruiting for a rapidly growing property investment company based in North Leeds. This unique and exciting role will enable the right candidate to immersethemselves into a role where two days are never the same. Lettings Consultant responsibilities:* Respond promptly to incoming email and telephone property enquiries, ensuring potential applicants are booked in quickly and efficiently* Recording enquiry source and applicant info in bespoke company data source documents* Vetting of applicants prior to viewing to ensure company standards and requirements are met* Liaise with landlords and tenants when required with regular feedback* Oversee website and portal management to ensure property listings remain up to date at all times* Carry out marketing photography and make the properties live onto the market* Agreeing tenant application forms with Landlords and progress them through the referencing process.Essential experience: * Previous experience working in lettings or property management* Strong interest to develop your skills in the property sector* Methodical* Excellent time management skills* Ability to multitask in a busy environment* Highly computer literate* Friendly and personable* Excellent customer service skills * Good phone manner * Understand how to prioritise an urgent taskBenefits:* Annual reviews and ongoing training* 20 days holiday + bank holidays* Frequent staff social events* Fantastic career prospects, clear progression routes* Poole car to use for viewingsCLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
