Job Description

iMultiply are working with a UK leading vehicle supplierto recruit a Credit Controller based in North Lanarkshire. The role pays a competitive salary along with great opportunities to progress professionally over the coming years.The CompanyA well established and highly performing business that operates throughout Europe and beyond, this companyare looking to bounce back from the trials and tribulations from all that the past 2 years has thrown at them by growing to their Credit Control function.They are a busy team focussed on getting the job done and the role is suited to someone that is goals driven and used to working in environment that can change in the blink of an eye.The RoleThe role requires a well organised, pro-active and ambitious Credit Controller who will play an integral part within the business to efficiently maintain an accurate accounts receivable ledger and database and ensure that cash collections targets are consistentlyachieved.As the Credit Controller, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Accurately maintain customer accounts and ERP systems;
  • Manage ledger in line with credit management targets and timelines through liaison withcustomers by telephone and email to ensure adherence to agreed contractual terms;
  • Monitor deductions and ensure relevant action is taken to resolve any issues;
  • Manage the application of late payment fees;
  • Liaise with the Finance Manager, to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly;
  • Issue monthly statement of accounts with supporting documentation;
  • Collection and management of Commercial or Corporate level customer accounts.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:
  • Previousexperience working in fast paced collections or Credit Control function
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Pro-active and prepared to go the extra mile
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
