The candidate will have at least 2+ years previous social media management experience in a business/professional environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement a new digital strategy for the next chapter in Fanes story.The role reports to the Managing Director.Responsibilities

  • To create and implement a companywide social strategy
  • Day-to-day social channel community management and maintenance
  • Articulating a clear brand voice
  • Developing and implementing a social calendar with the aim to increase audience engagement and followers
  • Creating engaging digital content for the brand including imagery & short form video for use across social networks
  • Reporting on social analytics with the ability to act on insight
  • Present ideas and communicate with senior leaders about development of company social strategy and audience engagement
  • Clearly communicate announcement plans to partner companies and clients alike

  • Working knowledge of paid social media campaigns
  • An understanding and awareness of our clients and their work

  • Good knowledge of design software such as Photoshop
  • Good understanding of data analysis and consumer insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tailor content to different audience types whilst maintaining brand voice
