Job Description

My client, a large operator within the hospitality sector, are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team, based at their HQ in Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidates who are looking for to progresstheir career within an accounts dept. with opportunity for growth and career development.Duties:

Responsible for coordination of accounts payable functions
Ensure invoices are authorised, coded and posted to payment run
Reconcile expenses
Generate payment instructions
Post opening and closing stock journals
Ensure month end routines are adhered to
Check and review supplier accounts information
Adhoc support to accountant as and when required

Skill set

Knowledge of Sage Line 200 (desirable not essential)
Experience in Excel
Recent Accounting graduate or some accounts based qualification (desirable not essential)
Some relateable experience
