This programme is funded by USAID as part of its Local Works initiative. The RoleThe Senior Programme and Consortium Manager will provide programme governance coordination in collaboration with the in-country Chief of Party Program Lead (who will be based in the Philippines and who will provide day-to-day field-based project management and be the primary point of contact with the USAID Philippines Mission), work with the project team to produce and disseminate high quality research content, and develop external communications strategies.
