Job Description

To do this, we are searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive a strategy that will maximise the opportunities of digital marketing to help us reach and connect more people with Amnesty International.About the roleMaking sure our campaigning and fundraising activities are effective is key to increasing the number of people that support Amnesty UKs mission to protect human rights. Using digital marketing to gain non-financial supporters, youll lead on the design, implementation and evaluation of digital marking campaigns across display, retargeting, SEO/PPC and paid social. Youll be key to the acquisition of financial supporters too, working with colleagues in fundraising to ensure were maximising the potential of digital marketing tools. Well look to you to ensure that supporter journeys are tailored and relevant, in order to maximise audience engagement and inspire colleagues to develop engaging products that deepen our relationship with supporters. Managing the Digital Marketing Specialist, youll make sure they have oversight of the acquisition strategy to deliver communications that help develop active relationships with supporters.About youComing from a digital marketing role, youll have experience of successfully creating and delivering digital marketing strategies for a complex organisation - with significant results. You have the expertise required to bring senior stakeholders on board with new activities, providing cross organisational consultancy on digital marketing best practice and designing campaigns to help us reach our ambitious growth targets.
