They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team in Central London. You must strive to always project a positive image and make people feel welcome, even during busy times or on bad days.Youll be an important part of an award-winning practice, made up of bright people from all over the world, with an expanding network of regional offices.Location: Central LondonSalary: Up to £32k per annum, depending on experience + BenefitsHours: Monday to Friday, Full timeRole and Responsibilities:* Greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.* Printing and binding of reports and marketing information, scanning and photocopying.* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.* Arranging travel/hotels/taxis* Co-ordinator of room bookings* Preparation and clearing meeting rooms* Inputting information onto the database* Ordering of anything using office and contract vendor relationships.* Additional general assistance to senior and admin staff.Our ideal applicant will have/be;* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages.* Some experience with Avaya technology.* Strong IT and typing skills.* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.* Solid written and verbal communication skills.* The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.* Have a professional attitude and appearance.eSift have been appointed as the resource partner and we are managing this role on behalf of our client.
