Multi Skilled handyman / maintenance professional required to over the repairs and maintenance of my clients privately owned property portfolio, based predominantly in North West & Central London which comprises of circa 250 properties.Additionally maintenance of commercial premises. Also responsibility for delegating and overseeing work for 3 other operatives. The higher salary would be offered for a Corgi certified plumber.The Candidate - HandymanKey attributes of this role include:Working as part of the maintenance team to respond to all basic maintenance and repair issues in the various premisesDelegate and oversee work for 2 other operativesEnsure that works are performed in accordance with agreed time-scales,Complete multi-disciplined types of maintenance both inside and outside our properties such as, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, basic electrical checks, groundwork and painting.Essential criteria for the role
