A top US law firm looking to hire a new PA to work within the Corporate Tax team on a permanent basis supporting both Special Counsel and Associates. This working in the office five days and the role is paying a salary of £45,000 plus excellent benefits.Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements, organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents and projects, manage schedules and organise activities such as meetings,conferences and departmental activities, maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials and/or dictation. Plus you will be asked to utilises the Firms computer systems and software applications, prepareslegal documents and opening new files. The successful candidate should be capable of building an understanding of the nature of their Partners work, as well as establishing relationships with clients and personnel across the firm.Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience within a law firm, excellent written, organisation and communication skills, strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to be flexible around departments. The hours for this role are 9.30am5.30pmplus excellent benefits.
