Job Description

  • Understanding our target audience to create tailored and informative content in a variety of formats to drive engagement
  • Proactively researching and identifying fresh and interesting angles for new content
  • Writing copy and contributing creative ideas for website articles, case studies, video scripts, press releases, social media, email marketing, digital and print campaigns, award entries, client interviews, guide books and other ad-hoc marketing collateral
  • Collecting client stories and transforming these into engaging snippets of content across our website and social channels
  • Writing content to communicate valuable information about our brand, industry, growth, culture and leadership
  • Utilising in-house knowledge, expertise and feedback to inform and guide future content creation
  • Working with our Digital Marketing Executive to ensure online content is search engine optimised
  • Assisting the team with monitoring and reporting on digital content engagement
  • Reviewing customer touchpoints to identify opportunities for improving customer experience
  • Ensuring a consistent brand message is delivered across all written content, internally and externally
  • Supporting the team with daily admin tasks
  • Qualifications and skills:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
  • Excellent communication - interpersonal and writing skills
  • Creativity, proactivity and initiative are must-haves
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing content creation best practice across social media, search engine marketing and email marketing is preferable
  • Drive, competence and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • he ability to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to cope with pressure
  • Basic experience working with creative software platforms such as InDesign and Photoshop is preferable but not essential
