Your area of study is not important, if you are articulate and hardworking then we wouldlike to hear from you.Applicants must be comfortable speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone, email & face to face* Amazing training and fast-track career progression - Our client will give you the tools, techniques and support to excel in your role with full ongoing support from L&D, management and mentors within the organisation* Actively headhunting candidates across the UK, Europe and the USA markets* Developing through one-on-one mentoring with Directors and senior consultants* Developing through bespoke external training programmes* Attract and build relationships with passive candidates* Business development across existing client relationships and new self-nurtured relationships* Negotiation and complex end to end deal management* Create detailed research on relevant markets in the recruitment sector* Participate in presentations, client pitches and face to face candidate interviews* Develop a strong market knowledge to engage key clients and candidatesWhat we are looking for* 2:1 or above at Batchelors level is preferred but not essential* Hardworking and resilient* Ambition, drive and entrepreneurial flair* Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic* Strong communicative ability with an aptitude for sales processes* Sales/ Business development/Marketing/consulting experience is advantageous, but not essential* Progressive and career minded* A personality that thrives in an autonomous environment* Competitive mentality with a proven track record, either from sporting or educational background.* Above anything else we are looking for grafters. If you can remain tenacious and positive in the face of rejection, then you may well have what it takes. Personality and energy will take you a long way in this role!
