The Company:Our client is a growing fit out and refurbishment contractor with offices based in Central London. They currently operate within the Commercial Office, High Spec Residential and Industrial sectors delivering work valued between £100,000 - £4m. 2017 saw the business deliver just shy of £10m worth of work, whilst 2018 has seen them hit closer to £15m, and 2019 they look to increase that yet again.The business has been punching above their weight for a while now in relation to some of the contracts that they have won. They have been competitively tendering against some much larger companies and come out on top due to their impressive pitch and professionalism.This is a fast-paced environment, and would appeal to someone who is self-motivated, and hungry to continue developing themselves and continue learning as advice and mentoring will be available and provided.If you are good at your job, it can be one of the best places you will ever work as you will be thoroughly looked after by the Senior Management team. In the same breath as the company is a smaller, growing business there is no room to hide so those that struggle will be found out very quickly.The Role:We are currently looking for an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join this team. You will be the 2nd Estimator in the business, working closely with the 2 Directors and the Senior Contracts Managers. As the projects you will be tendering will typically be valued between £100,000 - £4m, you will be expected to turn around multiple tenders weekly to keep up with the competitive market.Previous experience tendering either commercial office fit outs or industrial refurbishments will be beneficial however is not a necessity.Salary:Salary will be open for discussion, and of course reflect your previous experience. Realistically we imagine that the correct person will be commanding a salary of circa £65,000 - £85,000 + package.Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
