We currently seek an accomplished polyglot developer with experience of DevOps tasks and an appreciation of Security to help embed a DevSecOps culture at a leading Fintech that has recently completed a substantial funding round.Potential Backgrounds - DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Security Engineer, Cloud Architect, Software Engineer, Software Architect, Application Security Engineer, Application Security Architect.Environment - Go, AWS, Kubernetes, TravisCI, Docker, Terraform, Vault, Consul, Linkerd, Redis, Prometheus, Postgres, Elasticsearch, PACT, TDD, BDD, Pair ProgrammingThe role can be 100% Remote anywhere in the EU and this was the case prior to the current pandemic and is not reliant on it.The right candidate will have the following capabilitiesAbility to code - Ideally Python, Go, Java or BashExperience of DevOps tasks eg CI/CD Pipelines - Exposure to Terraform, Vault, Docker/KubernetesExperience of TDD/BDDCloud Architecture - Ideally AWS will consider Azure GCP etcAbility to work on business logic/application code and architecting, configuring and maintaining platform infrastructureThey will also be able to instill a DevSecOps culture thus experience of some of the following would be idealLinux SecurityOWASPSecurity certified eg OSCP/OSCEPenetration testingBeen in a security role
