Job Description

UK Corporate Treasury is looking to recruit an experienced Treasury Risk and Regulatory Subject Matter Expert to support the team in achieving compliance with Regulatory Requirements and expectations, specifically designing, implementation and maintenance of CRD IV and UK liquidity reporting for UK entities.The role will support the UK Corporate Treasury ensuring adherence to local regulatory liquidity requirements. The position sits within the UK Corporate Treasury and is based in London, and entails a significant amount of interaction across Treasury, Finance, Businesses and senior management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Central point of contact for any queries related to regulatory compliance and regulatory treatment of various products and business structures.
  • Support the continuous review, development and maintenance of current processes to identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory compliance processes.
  • Interpret the requirements and develop gap analyses (data, processes or controls), develop compliance strategy for any existing and new regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse data quality, investigate data quality issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Leading / supporting any new regulatory projects and initiatives. Timely escalation of risks and issues related to the project.
  • Extensive collaborations with the extended Treasury and Reporting teams in Hungary.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or related field preferred, 5-8 years of experience in Finance
  • Treasury and/or Finance experience, particularly in a regulatory capacity is desirable
  • Good knowledge of liquidity and balance sheet management practices
  • English language at proficient level both written and oral, any other languages are a plus
  • Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
