Job Description

Installation AssistantOur client is currently seeking an Installation Assistant in Wellington, Somerset, and the role comes with a salary of just over £23k, an uncapped productivity bonus and an attractive benefits package including:

As a flexible Installation Assistant, you will ensure the consistent delivery of support to the Installation team and delivery of service and support to key stakeholders.In your first few weeks in this Installation Assistant role, you can expect to:
  • Support the installer with necessary checks and assisting them with driving when requested
  • Carry out pre-installation checks on plots to ensure everything is prepared before taking appliances to the plot, including live services and kitchens completed
  • Ensure all of your work is carried out as per training and appliance installation manual
  • Follow installers instructions at all times, ensuring any other duties are carried out diligently.
To apply for this Installation Assistant role, you will need to be literate with a good knowledge of English, both verbal and written. You will also require the following:
  • A full driving license (3 points max)
  • CSCS card (part of company training, paid on your behalf)
  • Ability to deal with the physical demands of the work involved, including lifting and moving multiple appliances and driving on a daily basis.
