Job Description

JOB TITLE: ReceptionistLOCATION: Wellington, SomersetSALARY: Up to £23,000 PAHOURS: 9am - 5pm, Monday to FridayBENEFITS: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, Christmas shutdown in addition to annual leave allowance, Pension Scheme, friendly and social firm, modern offices, development opportunities.THE COMPANY: A traditional law firm that continues to expand and provides a welcoming and sociable working environment and development opportunities.THE ROLE: You will be based on the front desk in these modern offices and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will be responsible for providing an efficient, friendly and client focused reception service.KEY DUTIES:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries / taking accurate messages.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary and office equipment.
  • Supporting colleagues where necessary, providing holiday and sickness cover.
  • Postal duties - incoming and outgoing / sorting and distributing.
  • File management on the system ensuring data is kept up to date and file storage is accurate.
  • Diary management for the meeting rooms.
  • Photocopying, printing and filing of documents.
THE CANDIDATE:
  • Naturally polite, professional and presentable.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Accurate computer skills and typing experience.
  • Team orientated.
