Job Description

Our client is an industry leading, technology-based document management consultancy, providing varied services to a wide range of customers including Commercial Organisations, the NHS and Local Government.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed and pro-active professional to join this growing business, as a key member of the Public Sector Customer Service Team. With an attractive salary, 33 days holiday, 2 days a week work from home optionand generous company pension scheme, whats not to love!Role Overview Reporting to the Customer Services and Support Manage, you will be a key member of the office-based Customer Service team, responsible for the growth and retention of the business in the Public Sector.You will do this through pro-active account management, development and issue resolution. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and will be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with external BusinessDevelopment Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.Customer Service Advisors are a prime and pivotal point of contact within the business, liaising constantly with customers and internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.Principal Responsibilities & Activities Pro-active account management and ownership of all customers in portfolio Pro-active growth and retention of customer portfolio Pro-actively identifying & developing opportunities to provide customers with additional services Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues and queries Being a prime and professional point of contact for Public Sector customers including the customers IT personnel Working collaboratively with external Account Management /Business Development team focused on growth and retention of customers Liaising and collaborating with internal technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolvingFor further information on this role please contact Kyle Raven in the Reed Exeter Office or click apply now with your up-to-date CV.
