Job Description

Our client, based in Wellington, requires someone to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis to cover Credit Control and Sales Ledger duties. This is a full-time stand alone position requiring someone with previous experience in credit control and SalesLedger.Duties include:

  • Contacting customers via phone, letter and email to chase outstanding payments
  • Sending out letters and statements in accordance with company procedure.
  • Handling any queries regarding sales invoices
  • Processing payments received onto SAP
  • Resolving any billing issues that are delaying payment
  • Conduct periodic debtor reviews and escalate as required to relevant commercial/finance team
  • Customer account maintenance to ensure accurate and up to date information is in place.
  • Collating information from various databases for reporting and processing purposes
  • To provide general assistance to the rest of the finance function
This role offers between £13ph and £13.50ph depending on experience and offers an immediate start.
