Job Description

ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE AND WOULD ENJOY WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICES Ellis Masonhave the pleasure of recruiting an CUSTOMER SERVICEEXECUTIVE for a highly credible and well established business based in Welham Green. This is acustomer service focused role that involves a large amount of administration duties also. Experience on using Sageline 50 would be a bonus but is not essential.The role will initially be home based, with training being carried out virtually, however will eventually be moved back into the office full time.As the CUSTOMER SERVICEEXECUTIVE , you will be responsible for assisting customers with their sales order process.THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Permanent, full time basis.
  • 20days holiday plus 8 bank holidays - plus the opportunity to buy up to 5 days extra per annum.
  • Salary £19,000-£21,000 dependant on experience.

  • THE JOB The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER SERVICEEXECUTIVE , are:
  • Taking incoming calls and e-mails with customers orders.
  • Processing the sales orders onto the CRM system.
  • Assisting customers with with any queries or complaints they may have.
  • After care calls to customers to check they have been happy with the service and products received.
  • Main point of contact for a dedicated set of customer accounts.
  • Accurately updating all CRM records in a timely fashion.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling as a normal part of your incoming customer calls.
  • Pro-actively phoning your dedicated set of accounts on a monthly basis to see if they require any further stock.
  • Sending out product samples.
  • Attending regular team meetings to discuss your accounts.
  • Sending out invoices to customers.
  • Arranging transport for goods.
  • Other adhoc duties.
