Job Description

Reed Recruitment have partnered with a successful business with offices based in Welham Green. This is an opportunity that doesnt arise often and is not to be missed! You will working as part of a team who are the point of contact for the companieslarge customer base of retailers based in the UK. They will be contacting you by phone and email to place orders and request samples.The role:

Managing inbound phone and email enquiries
Processing orders for customers on the internal system
Raising requests for customers for samples to be sent out
Responding to clients email queries, keeping them updated on the status of their order exc
Sending out order quotations

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in a customer service environment - Contact Centre, Hospitality, Retail exc
