Job Description

My client work within the construction industry and are looking for a Customer Service assistant to work in their small but busy team.This role requires a positive and proactive individual who can work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team. It is fast-paced environment and requires strong organisational skills to keep up. The successful candidate will need good attentionto detail and standard of customer care. You will be working with an enthusiastic team of people who enjoy what they do.A key part of this role is to maintain your individual responsibilities whilst supporting the team if they are away or sick. The role involves working closely with the sales team to create quotations and fulfilling client orders on the ERP system from orderto dispatch.RESPONSIBILITIES Handle enquiries, scale drawings / floor plans, create product schedules, and customer quotations Provide guidance & recommendations of products / systems Process sales orders, place orders with suppliers, arrange and coordinate deliveries, produce invoices and process payments Resolve invoice queries and account hold queries alongside the Finance Provide general support to Business Development Managers and Internal Account Managers Act as a point of contact for customers Answer incoming calls Provide excellent customer service Be a brand ambassadorFor more details on this vacancy, or to register your interest APPLY NOW!
