Job Description

Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Full time – Walsham Le Willows - £18,000 per annumHales Group are seeking an Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis on behalf of our client based in Walsham Le Willows, Norfolk.Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.Main duties include:

Accurately processing customer orders

Reviewing order information

Transferring calls and forwarding emails to the appropriate team

Storing orders and customer communications so that they may be easily located if required

Performing any other duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager, such as general office tasks including generating letters, photocopying and filing

Key requirements include:

IT literate

Admin / customer service experience

A driving license is essential
