Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. No prior recruitment experience is necessary, but youll need to be passionate about people, have a genuine belief in great customer service, and enjoy working in a fast pacedbut rewarding environment.You will be known within Greencore as a Talent Acquisition Resourcer. In this role you will support the TA team not only with administrative duties relating to our recruitment process, but you will also engage with passive talent through proactive sourcing.This is a high volume, fast paced role which will be best suited to a result driven and motivated person with excellent communication skills.Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment system administration including but not limited to, writing and posting job adverts, amending and extending vacancies, setting up user profiles and arranging candidate interviews
  • Ensure all appropriate new starter information is passed to People Services and hiring managers
  • Actively engaging with passive talent to create an effective talent pipeline for the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Candidate pre-screening to include CV selection and telephone interviews
This role will be based at our site in Kiveton and will be on a FTC for 3 months but this maybe be extended Why GreencoreYou may not have heard of us, but were sure youve tried our products.
