Senior Billing AdvisorWould you like to be part of leading engagement activities and ensuring proactive delivery of a variety of work streams both individually and as part of the wider Accounts team We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Billing Advisor at our site in Glascoed.As a Senior Billing Advisor, you will be responsible for operational delivery of a high-quality sales invoicing and order book management service. You will develop and maintain good internal and external relationships with a strong focus on excellent customer service and work with other senior stakeholders to plan and deliver forthcoming projects, events and activities as well as a strong operational service.Whilst the role is focussed primarily on service activities carried out in Glascoed, you may be required to assist the Accounts Receivable Manager with various other projects and travel to other locations.Your main responsibilities as a Senior Billing Advisor will involve: Supporting Team Leaders with complex queries and aid with key stakeholder engagement where necessary.Processing of complex sales invoices from order load to invoice generationProviding advice around sales invoicing legislation and specifically export sales tradingYour skills and qualifications:Extensive experience of working in an Accounts Receivable function in varied roles or part qualified accountant in ACCA/CIMA/CICM or equivalentGood understanding what documentation is required to process different types of sales e.g. Goods despatch notes, export paperwork etc.Firm understanding of accounting including IFRS15, revenue recognition and how this impacts the sales ledger.Good experience of operating multiple accounting ERPsWhat were looking for in you:You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationships with various key stakeholders across the business, able to work autonomously and collaboratively, making own judgement decisions within your remit of work.Location: GlascoedSalary: £CompetitiveBenefits: Our employees receive an excellent benefits package which includes a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
