Manufacturing Assessor (PMO Tutor Assessor) - Performing Manufacturing Operations Levels 1 and 2Based in 2 sites Usk and Prescoed South Wales, 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (No Friday working)£25k Permanent 4 days a week plus great benefits including birthday off after first year of service plus 5 loyalty days after 5 years of service.Our training provider deliver high quality training and assessments to meet contractual requirements, awarding body standards and in-line with policies and procedures. You will join a brilliant team where you will be given full support throughout.Do you an CAVA/A1 assessor qualificationDo you have experience of delivering levels 1 and 2 PMO in Performance Manufacturing OperationsDo you have several years occupational competence within Manufacturing you wish to share with the up and coming talent of the Manufacturing worldDo you haveexperience of delivering small workshops to groups in a classroom settingIf yes, this could be your next move.Your role as PMO Assessor will be to deliver a high quality vocational competency based curriculum up to a Level 2 utilising awarding body standards/criteria, fully understanding the standards for the awards being delivered and assessed.You will ensure that all learner records are accurate and maintained in line with policies and procedures, GDPR and contractual requirements.Making sure a full caseload of learners (in line with contract) is maintained at all times with the generating of starts through excellent communication skills and relationship building with learners and prison staff. You will help overcome barriers to learningand adapt delivery to meet learners needs. Ensure all learners complete timely in line with our clients delivery model and programme specification.
