Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a specific year group,spanning all subjects. Your mission will be to provide support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), working collaboratively with classroom teachers.Requirements:

Hold a degree with a 2:2 or higher.
Possess an unwavering passion for aiding pupils with varying learning needs
Excel in inspiring and motivating students to achieve their maximum potential
Demonstrate adaptability and self-motivation in their work
Exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Boast excellent communication skills
Forge robust working relationships with a diverse array of individual students
Deliver well-structured support sessions to both individuals and groups of students
