Pertemps Crawley are working with a leading company within their industry who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.Duties include:Processing a high level of inbound sales orders from clients on an International basisLiaising with the procurement team and warehouse to ensure orders and SLAs will be met on timeCommunicate extensively with the clients, ensuring they are up to date on the shipment and progress of the deliveryLiaise with freight forwarding companies, negotiate prices and termsEnsure all the shipping documents are compliant inc; export paperwork, dangerous goods etcExperience required:Working within a customer service role in a B2B capacityFantastic communication skillsResilient and able to work to tight deadlinesKnowledge of the export industry (preferred)
