Our established and highly reputable client is seeking to recruit a Support Administrator to join their busy, friendly and successful team in their Uckfield office.Mon-Fri 0900-1700Salary £21000-£22000Permanent role with parking available Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Support Administrator has principal responsibility for support and administration for two International Sales representatives covering European and International Export marketsThe primary responsibilities of the role include:Providing a high level of customer service to overseas clients based largely in Europe, America, Australia and RussiaDealing with enquiries and queries, liaising with internal departments as required and responding to customers in a timely fashionReceiving of customer orders with high levels of internal communicationMonitoring availability of outstanding / upcoming orders to ensure despatch dates are metCommunicating with customers regarding order progress and despatch datesWorking closely with the Despatch Department regarding shipmentsLiaising and booking freight forwarders for sea / air freightPreparation of required documentation for shipping Notes for sea freight consignments / containers, together with relevant paperwork - full training providedPreparation of Invoices / Packing Lists for shipments, raising pro forma invoicesDespatch of samples worldwide with associated paperwork requirements.Completion of Customer Complaint forms, follow-up with Quality Manager and responding to customersUpdating and management of databasePreparing and maintaining customers personal price lists and part numbers where applicable.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will ideally have customer service experience.My client require applicants to have very good IT skills with experience and knowledge of Microsoft office software.
