Customer Service Administrator - TreforestHours of Work: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pmAlfa staff are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a Client with in the Treforest Area. Experience of working in Transport is desirable however applicants with excellent customer service skills and computer literacy would be considered.The Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will be.Complete all general admin tasksUpdating spreadsheets and communicating with management.Liaising with Clients and answering any queries that they may have in a professional mannerEnsure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams.Manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).Excellent communication skillsCould organise and work efficiently and support the Transport team.Alfa Staff acts as a recruitment agency for the temporary and permanent supply of staffing needs.
