Job Description

Clear Sky Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing organisation based in the Treforest area of Pontypridd. On their behalf, we are seeking to recruit a Shift Supervisor to work on a temporary to permanent assignment.This becomes a permanent role after 12 weeks on assignment.Hours of work:7.00am-3.00pmMonday to FridayKey Responsibilities:

Organising labour
Following production schedules
Attend weekly planning meetings
Complete shift reports
Sign off documentation
Carry out return-to-work interviews
Maintain housekeeping standards
Accident reporting
Maintaining discipline
Health & Safety
Reporting absence

Key Requirements:

Supervisory experience (ideally in a cleanroom environment)
Must be PC literate
Ability to manage a small team
